Preschool admission

Qualifications

  1. Toddler – Two (2) years old by October of the current school year
  2. Pre-nursery – Three (3) years old by October of the current school year
  3. Nursery  – Four (4) years old by October of the current school year
  4. Kinder – Five (5) years old by October of the current school year

General Instructions to Parents

A. For Assessment

Kindly prepare the following requirements and email to info@johndewey.edu.ph before the deadline of application.

  1. Accomplished assessment and application forms. Type in BLOCK LETTERS. 
  2. Digital image of applicant’s most recent 1½ x 1½ colored picture
  3. Scanned copy of the applicant’s original National Statistics Office (NSO) birth or adoption certificate (for validation only) 
  4. Pay the assessment fee through GCash (09178200020) or online bank transfer.

B. For Enrollment

  1. Accomplish and submit the online Student Information form. Type in BLOCK LETTERS. Be sure to include the scanned copy of the applicant’s recent Medical Certificate.

*Additional Requirements for Transferees

  1. Latest Progress Report or Report Card
  2. Recommendation Letter from the Class Adviser, Guidance Counselor, and/or Principal

*Foreign Applicants

  1. Copy of alien certificate
  2. Copy of passport pages showing: Applicant and parent/s picture, date of birth, passport number, date of issue and expiration date
  3. Visa showing length of stay in the Philippines

Assessment (new students) – by appointment

Enrollment Schedule

  • Continuing students – October to April for the following school year
  • New students – Ongoing throughout the school year provided slots are available

Please apply as soon as possible because these deadlines will be changed as soon as the quota is reached.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete application forms will not be processed. Applicant will be scheduled for assessment a week after the completion of the requirements. Please update the office of any changes in your contact numbers. Results of the assessment will be discussed during the scheduled interview of the child’s parents.
